Heavy Duty Slurry Pumps

The definition of Heavy Duty Pumps stands for the high requirements of highly wear-resistance submersible pumps. These requirements will be fulfilled by the complete range of pumps in a superior way. By the application of chrome alloyed steels and a selection of ideal mechanical seals in accordance with the ideal motor speed extraordinary service life will be achieved. TOYO is the founder of the so-called cutter.

The functional principle of using together with the speed a downwards beam of water creating a sensation of sedimentary material, gives more advantages to the pump.

Additionally the cutter has a high wear resistance and ratio of 30 % in volume of sedimentary material can be reached. Beside the here represented GR-, ET-, DP- and VH-ranges are according to the application DPH- (hydraulic-driven TP), DPA- (up to 1,300 kW), VHA- (vertical amphibian TP) ranges available.

GR-Range

These compact-designed pumps are engineered for medium-heavy applications up to a water-depth of 30 m. By the principle of the cutter-system sedimentary material will be raised and a high ration of sediment load can be reached and charged. Extreme wear-resistance chrome-alloyed material (24 – 28 % Cr) makes the GR to a truly TOYO-Heavy Duty Slurry Pump.

ET-Range

These Pumps have a sheath-current cooling-system and are therefore without further adaptation applicable in horizontal position and don’t have to be in vertical position fully submersed. The available medium takes over the cooling of the electrical motor.

The pumps are available in various metal compositions and in a special version applicable for the operation in high temperature. Also explosion-proof versions are available.
